1. Return Window

We offer 60-day returns from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in good, unused condition

  • Original packaging should be included

  • All accessories/manuals must be returned

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item is damaged by the customer

  • The product shows signs of misuse

  • Packaging is missing or severely damaged

  • The item is opened software or digital content

3. Return Process

Follow this process:

  1. Contact us at support@obdbuy.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We will give you the nearest return address

  4. Ship the item back to us

  5. After inspection, your refund will be issued

Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is defective

4. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing time:

  • 3–7 business days (depending on your payment provider)

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 7 days

  • Attach photos or video

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund
